White: the Italian Game, complete
The Italian puts a bishop on the weakest square in Black's camp (f7), castles by move 6, and never needs memorised theory — the same seven moves work almost regardless of what Black does. At beginner level games are decided by who gets all their pieces out first without hanging anything. This setup does exactly that, automatically.
1. The setup, move by move
The main line. Read every note — the goal isn't to memorise the moves but to know WHY each one is played, so you can find the same idea when Black does something different.
